Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We charge a standard flat rate of $3 on all orders.


Q: How do I include my furbabies measurements?
A: Once you have completed your order, please email your furbabies measurements to prissypawfashions@gmail.com or include them in the notes field on your PayPal payment.  Measurements are kept in a database therefore once they have been sent once there is no need to send them again unless they change.  If you have multiple furbabies and you are only ordering one item, please make sure to include who the item is intended to fit.


Q: What is the turnaround time for delivery of my order?
A:  Since all items are not made until ordered and measurements are received, please allow 2-4 weeks for items to be shipped during normal times of the year, during holidays and sales shipment times may vary.


Q: Where do I find a sizing chart?
A: All items are custom made to fit your furbaby's measurements, please send measurements by email to prissypawfashions@gmail.com or include in the notes field of the PayPal payment.  However if you wish to order a generic size please see sizing chart below: 

XXS: chest 8-10”; length up to 8”

XS: chest 10-12”; length up to 10”

S: chest 12-14”; length up to 12”

M: chest 14-16”; length up to 14”

L: chest 16-18”; length up to 16”
